CGM-tested on real Indian food

Crush the spike.
Eat the food you love.

I’m Pranav. For 2 years I’ve worn a continuous glucose monitor and put real Indian food to the test: dal chawal, chai, mithai, all of it. I turned the data into a 7-day meal plan that keeps your glucose flat and your energy steady. No crash diets.

“Crush the Spike
my talk is live.

Every one of us, diabetic or not, rides blood sugar swings that shape how we feel, how sharply we think, and how much energy we have. Nobody talks about it in the context of everyday Indian food. So I took it to the TEDx stage.

"You don't have to give up the foods you love. You just have to change how you meet them."
— Pranav, Praanify
My story

I didn't get into this for fitness. I did it for my mom.

My mom walked at least three miles a day and did her yoga every single morning — and still, 13 years ago, she developed diabetes. First the tingling, then vision problems, then medication she never wanted to take. She was doing everything she'd been told was healthy, and she still couldn't lose the weight.

She wasn't lazy and she wasn't careless. She was doing what millions of people do. Over 40% of American adults are prediabetic — and so is a third of teenagers — and most have no idea, because blood sugar problems start silently.

So I became a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I started Praanify — because I couldn't accept that someone could do everything "right" and still get blindsided by something invisible. My goal is simple: make the invisible visible, and help you understand how your own body responds to food before the problems start. What happened to my mom doesn't have to happen to you. It's time to crush the spike.
