E35: Dosa & My Blood Sugar — Why I'm Switching to VFEM
I love dosa. The CGM showed me I need to love it differently. This was the experiment that made me commit to VFEM for my favourite South Indian breakfast.
I expected dosa to be fine. Fermented batter, relatively light — it felt like one of the safer choices in an Indian breakfast spread. The spike on my CGM said otherwise.
What the data also showed: the glucose took longer than usual to come back down, which gave me a window to act on it. This was the experiment that locked me into the VFEM approach for dosa going forward — Vinegar, Fiber, Eat, Move. Same dosa. Much better curve.
