Jalebi vs. Jalebi with Ice Cream vs. Jalebi with Yogurt
Three versions of the same dessert. I tested all three with a CGM and one pairing genuinely changed how I eat jalebi forever.
Plain jalebi alone is already a glucose event. But I wanted to know: does the pairing matter? I tested the same jalebi three ways — plain, with ice cream, and with yogurt — to see what each combination did to my blood sugar curve.
The yogurt pairing did something unexpected. It's a small change that makes the dessert meaningfully different from a glucose standpoint — and it's how I eat jalebi now.
